I’m Ashley Nielson, a therapist intern specializing in clinical mental health counseling, here to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s complexities. I have experience working with individuals facing depression, anxiety, faith crises, and survivors of sexual violence. My approach is rooted in compassion and understanding, offering a safe environment where you can explore inwardly and activate your unique potential. I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals processing religious trauma and navigating crises of faith. I strive to be an ally who can help ease the intense isolation that often accompanies these experiences.

I graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Utah Valley University and am currently pursuing my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University. In my free time, I enjoy weightlifting, teaching dance at a local studio, weekly puzzles with my grandma, and spending time with my partner and loved ones.
