When life becomes overwhelming—whether from loss and trauma, difficult relationships, feelings of worthlessness, or a loss of hope—it’s natural to yearn for relief and clarity. I believe we all do the best we can with what we know. Sometimes, however, life presents challenges that require new tools, perspectives, and approaches to move forward. Therapy provides a safe space to explore these challenges, deepen self-awareness, and discover new pathways toward healing and growth.

Healing is a deeply personal journey. There are no shortcuts. I believe within every challenge lies an opportunity for growth and meaning. As Viktor Frankl once said, “As soon as we are able to find meaning in suffering, then the suffering is over.” A large part of my work is to help you uncover meaning and align with your true self so that you can make choices that honor your values. While there are some aspects of our lives we can’t control or change, we can find healing, peace, purpose, and hope.

You are the expert in your life. Healing begins with self-awareness, curiosity, and the courage to explore what isn’t working. We often struggle with parts of ourselves that no longer serve us or face challenges that seem insurmountable. We will work collaboratively, at your pace, to meet your unique needs and goals. Together we can develop new perspectives, approaches, and tools to help point you towards the growth you are seeking.
