Psychiatric and Psychotherapy Services in Utah

Jacob Fike

Social Work Intern MSW-II Mental Health Therapist

My guiding maxim is a deep belief in human resiliency and one’s capacity for change. With that belief, my approach is based in inquiry, direct speech, and empowerment. Mental health suffering can be debilitating. My aim as a therapist is to work alongside you to reaffirm the strengths innate to you as an individual and further develop those strengths, while you move towards becoming a fully integrated human.

If you want a therapist that meets you where you are, understands the hardships in life, and is fully invested in your growth, I would be honored to be of service.

I have experience in anxiety, crisis intervention, and substance abuse.

My work with individuals began as a health and fitness coach in 2020, and my official social work experience began in 2023. I have worked with people from all walks of life and within a wide range of age groups in both individual and group settings.

I have a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from the University of Alabama and am currently in the final stages of a master’s program in mental health counseling at the University of West Alabama.

I consider myself a lifelong learner and a bit of a renaissance man. I enjoy vegetable gardening, strength and conditioning, jiu jitsu, and carpentry.
